Report refreshed date updating even when the dataset is failed

Report refreshed date on the report to end-users is showing the wrong date.

It is updating to the new date even when the dataset is failed to refresh.

There is a warning icon in "Datasets + dataflows" tab. You may share feedback via Ideas to help improve Power BI.

@v-chuncz-msft : Yeah, as an admin to the workspace, I see that in the Datasets + dataflow tab. 

But from the end-users perspective, users with viewer role to the Workspace, the title of the column(Refreshed), and the report header (Data Updated) is misleading, where technically data is not up to date. These two places date has to update only when the report refresh is successful not just when it tried regardless of success or failure.
