Report not showing in Power BI Service

A complex report is published to Power BI service. For a few users including the user who published the report shows as totally blank until they click Reset to Defaults and then the report loads. Other reports work fine on first load for these users. The report works fine for some users. If the users with the issue logon from a different PC the issue is still there.

I will see if that fixes it and reply.

Not sure how we would a persistent filter to hide all the visuals so the above might be a workaround but not a complete solution.
