Report based on sharepoint URL gives error while Schedule refresh

We have built PBI report on Shapoint URL and it is working fine in Power BI Desktop. When publishing to PBI Service and trying to do schedule refresh, under datasource credentials\Edit credentials, it gives only Anonymous and windows as authentication options. When trying to select windows and privacy level none or organizational, it gives below error(screenshot1). When I tried to get the logs based on this activity id, Logs says as below(Logs:). Also when search the forums for this issue, I found that I also dont see "Connect Directly" option under Gateway Connections (screenshot2)and I dont get option for OAuth under authentication. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @Anonymous, 

Which connector do you use in Power BI desktop to get data? 

Based on my test, when I use SharePoint online list connector in Power BI desktop, after publishing the report to service, it's able to choose OAuth2 authentication type then in Edit Credentials section. I would suggest you test again.
