Report Server scheduled refresh timestamp

Dear Power BI Report Server Team,

I've a question for scheduled refresh for a report, where I pickup last update timestamp of a file.

When I query last update time from Desktop client I get correct timestamp inserted into report. Then I've updated file for new timestamp which I' what to be transferred to report by scheduled refresh.

Scheduled refresh is working proper and new timestamp is set, but it shows wrong timezone within report at web portal. It shows timestamp from -2 hours (e.g. it shows 30.05.2018 07:47:49 instead of 30.05.2018 09:47:49).

This always happen when I update timestamp from scheduled refresh within Power BI web portal, when I use Desktop client for refresh data is correctly shown within report.

For me it looks like that scheduled refresh uses another timezone to set timestamp within report than it should. Server is installed in English with German lanaguage settings.

Thanks for advice for how to setup Power BI Report Server timezone used within scheduled refresh.

WHich function/column do you use to show timestamp in the report? 

Would you please share some screenshots so we can try to test it on our side? Do mask sensitive information before sharing.

many thanks for your reply.

I've created some screenshots hopefully descripting problem more detailed.

1) This screenshot shows file information of an XLSX file whic is placed at a file share, as you can see it has a timestamp with "30.05.2018 - 09:47"

2) Within PBI Desktop Client I read data from file and insert file information into report which I save to report Server.

3) When I open Report within Report Server it shows correct timestamp "30.05.2018 - 09:47".

4) Now I use scheduled refresh to update file information to report.

5) After scheduled refresh timestamp information is set to "30.05.2018 - 07:47" which is -2 hours as of it should show. File information hasn't been updated during scheduled refresh, so it should display "09:47".

Can you tell me where to set that it shall using within scheduled fresh same timezone information than server is using?
