Repeated refresh failures - Internal Service Error

I am continously getting refresh failures by saying "Internal Service Error". This is not happned for all datasets. If you go to reports seems dataset has been refreshed but if you look at refresh history it indicates errors.  Is this a common issue? Please advice.

When you click Refresh Now, can dataset be refreshed successfully? 

 

As you say the internal service error displays in refresh history but report data get updated, please check if the latest refresh is successful in refresh history.

Still indicates the error at refresh history.

 

But seems data set has been updated. Even data set updated tiles in the dashboards are not updated automatically . Either user need to manayly refresh the tiles in the dashboard or need to direct to report level to get the updated data. This is very annoying and simply users lost the trsut on Power BI. This error started on 6th Dec and still we do not have a solution.

Hi @Kalana,

 

By default, the dashboard tiles will be refreshed within 15 minutes. Please wait for a while to see if data are updated. 

 

If issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
