Regular error 'Cannot connect to the mashup data source'

Hello!

Since November 6, I have an error 'Cannot connect to the mashup data source'

Previously, everything worked without errors.

First, I updated my software.

Now, I have latest version Power BI Desktop (Oktober 2018) and latest version Enterprise gateway (3000.0.144.3).

If I republish my model, the first update is no problem. After the next automatic update, we get the error message “Unable to connect to the mashup data source”.

Also, I tried to rewrite the credentials to the sources. It helps once. After that again the exact same error.

 

Please, help me.

Hi @stanislavskiy,

 

Which data sources do this dataset get data from? Please share on-premise data gateway log as well, you can upload them to your OneDrive or Dropbox and send share link to me via private message.

Hello!

I've resolved this issue. I had a problem with http trafic in my gateway server. Https-trafic was allow, but http-trafic was deny. When we fixed it, schedule update became correct.
