Register your application for Power BI fails with an error

Hi All,

I am trying to register an application to use with power BI. I am following the steps as documented in the below link.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/register-app

After I fill in the required fields on https://dev.powerbi.com/Apps and click on Register, I get an error "There was a problem registering your application. Please sign out and try again". I am unable to find out why.

Please assist.
