Regarding Usage metrics populating wrongly for Dashboard metrics

Hi All,

I am working with an organization and recently was checking the usage metrics for the dashboards we use.I figured out that the Metrics was populating less views for a team member in case of the dashboards metrics views.He uses the dashboards on a daily basis still the count was getting populated to 3 or 4.On the other hand the report metrics showed him viewing the same dashboard's report with around 260 views, which is acceptable .

Can someone please walk me through how the views are calculated in the two cases and also what could be the reason for less views in Dashboard metrics when the person works daily on the dashboard.

Hi @AbhishekD,

Please go to Audit log and check ViewDashboard activity for this user to see if he does view the dashboard multiple times.
