Refreshes not working again

Recurring issue with all our reports where they are set to refresh at 8.30am each morning but they are not attempting to refesh and there are no error messages coming through. 

On the Datasets tab, it says that the next refresh is set to today at 8.30am (it's now 9.30am).Capture.PNG

This has happened several times over the last couple of weeks and is really causing us a headache. In addition, manually refreshing and publishing the reports is taking an age and often does not work at all.

Does the dataset use March release of the on-premise Gateway? 

 

There is a known refresh issue listed in Support site:
