Refresh of data model through gateway fails

Hi.

When refreshing my data modell I got this error message from gateway:

Cancellation occurred when sending or receiving a request

Cluster URI:	WABI-NORTH-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID:	4402a10e-5d44-4748-9c5c-63f689994d65
Request ID:	768a90ce-f1ad-d67c-201b-b589c3b95d77
Time:	2019-09-02 14:11:48Z

This have occured yesterday and today. It stops after 5-10 minutes.

We have a Premium license, can you please help me figure out what this is?

I am using SAP Hana as a Datasource in one of my power bi report and dataset getting a refresh with my desktop report without any issues, but the same report is getting fails with the below error in power bi service when its refreshed through power BI gateway.
but it's not happening all the time, sometimes its get success automatically.

ODBC: ERROR [S1000] [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB DLL][HDBODBC] General error;7 feature not supported: invalid character encoding: "'
&4', //db//e0//27("
I am not sure what is the cause of the issue, Please help me on this.

It worked again on the day after. I think it stopped due to some slowness on the datawarehouse as there were some issues on the day of the failures.
