Refresh issue in JIRA Data source using Personal or Enterprise Gateway

Hi,

 

I have configured JIRA data source in my power BI report. But when i try to configure refresh in Personal or Enterprise Gateway, it's asking for my JIRA credential and then throwing below error:

 

"Failed to update data source credential. Unable to connect to Remote server"

How do you connect to JIRA data source in Power BI Desktop, using JIRA PBIT? Could you please copy the M query of your PBIX file here?
