The Refresh Status in the Context Menu in the PBI Service shows Last Refresh was successful, despite the fact that it failed. This only occurs while the Refresh is occuring.
The image is broken, please upload it again if possible.
Please go to the Refresh History, check if there is indeed a failed refresh record.
