Refresh Schedule screen not visible for some users

Try to access refresh schedule screen & screen disapier in second.. following error gives in inspect elements..

"GET https://wabi-south-east-asia-redirect.analysis.windows.net/powerbi/resource/userPhoto/?huid=10535904... 400"

this is only for selected users..

That works fine for me. Try to clear the cache and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.
