Refresh Schedule Paused - no email notification received

Hi all,

I'm aware of the feature described here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-scheduled-refresh#scheduled-refresh that the scheduled refresh is automatically paused after 2 months of inactivity, but we are not getting any email notifications about that. I have a contact email listed in the schedule refresh settings like in the screenshot Screenshot from 2020-05-11 12:38:32.png
and I have no problem with receiving any other email notification (like "refresh failed" etc.).

I would suggest you create a support ticket to get help.

I got a message that I have to use "alternative email" as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-alternate-email-address-for-power-bi. I have done so, we will see. However, it seems like a bug in PBI portal because all notifications (including "paused scheduled refresh") should be sent to the email address used in the Schedule refresh settings, right?
