Reference layer in ArcGIS map is not displaying recently

We added some ArcGIS reference layer in Power BI report and it worked great in Sep. But since from Oct all the referance layer from ArcGIS is not displaying, while layer from Demographcis works well. I've updated my Power BI to latest version but didn't solve the issue. Anything else we should try?

I cannot reproduce the issue. You may try the latest version to recreate the report.
