Hi @PaddyHS ,

What error message do you get? Have you successfully connected to this data source in the past?Please go to “File –> Options and Settings –> Data Source Settings”, under “Global permissions”, select any old Amazon Redshift data source connections and click on clear permission in Power BI Desktop, then connect to it and check if it is successful.

In addition, do you configure SSL for the Amazon Redshift? If so, ensure that the SSL protocol version is lower than TLS 1.2.

I am getting the exact same error. I am trying to connect the data base for the first time. I did it before in Tableau but with PowerBi its not working. Did you manage to solve it? and if so how?

No I have not resolved this.  I have been working with a Greenhouse representative.  I was able to connect to redshift via DBeaver without a problem.  Something is the matter with Power BI.

I currently have it connected with Tableau and it's working. What did Greenhouse tell you? I submitted a ticket with them as well!

Greenhouse didn't have a solution for connecting the standard way.  They gave me a guide for installing and connecting using PostgreSQL.  I need to get time with my admin in order to carry this out.
