Unable to download app - Microsoft Project App and other Apps

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having an issue to download Microsoft Project App into Power BI with the technical error details as below : 

It seems like a bug in Microsoft app store as I am also having the same issue when trying to install the other apps. Please check if this is a global issue or just because of
