Measures written using USERELATIONSHIP or CROSSFILTER do not work with RLS.
Power BI gives a message saying "UseRelationship() and CrossFilter() functions are not available in this context".
Obviously this is extremely annoying because it's very common, in complex datasets, to have inactive relationships, and therefore to use USERELATIONSHIP or CROSSFILTER. This is especially the case in medium-large organizations, where RLS ia a great help to segregate data.
Therefore, I strongly believe that RLS should work smoothly with inactive relationship.
Thank you
