Q&A not working on Dashboards when using Chrome

Q&A leads to a white screen on chrome.

Works on mobile devices and edge for the same dashboard.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. Please use Ctrl+F5 or clear browser cache then test again. 

Also please ensure you are running the latest Chrome browser version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit).
