Q&A Visual Doesn't Render Consistently in Embedded Report

We're trying to embed a Q&A Visual using the Javascript API and notice inconsistent performance.

 

The base visual with text box and suggestions does not always render on the page:

Please check if the same report displays fine in Power BI service.

@v-qiuyu-msft The visual renders properly in the Power BI service.

We don't see any JavaScript errors when the report is embedded and have tried clearing cache and opening the page in incognito mode.
