Q&A Not working in App workspace

Hi All, 

 

Cannot seem to get the Q&A functionality to work in the App workspace. We are using tablular data and have 'turned on Q&A for this dataset' and updated the app itself. We have also checked the gateway and still have no Q&A enabled in the app workspace. 

 

Any ideas?

Hi @JDB795,

 

Would you please share detail information about "Cannot seem to get the Q&A functionality to work in the App workspace"? Do you mean the Q&A in a dashboard?

 

As I tested, after Q&A is turned on for the dataset, the dashboard related to the dataset is able to use Q&A. I would suggest you update the on-premises data gateway to the latest version then test again.
