Q+A visual works in one report though not in another very similar report

Q+A visual works in one report though not in another very similar report.

There are no major differences between the two reports. All data is imported in both, the only changes made are to relationships, measures and tables. No changes in the Q+A error message are to be found in the reports.

Is anyone are aware of what could be causing the Q+A visual not to work?

May I know what kind of changes did you make to the relationships, measures and tables of your report model? If you retry it, will you fail either?

Could you please check whether your report support Q&A and whether you have disabled Q&A for this report. For more details, you could refer to Data sources for natural language Q&A - Power BI | Microsoft Docs.

There are about 75 changes in total between the reports - most are from changes to parameters - the addition of some extra calculation items, several new/altered table relationships and some new and deleted measures. 

The settings between both reports seem exactly the same. For the report where it doesn't work though the option to turn on Q+A is greyed out.
