Publishing to the service hanging

Hi,

We are trying to publish a report into the service but the "Publishing to Power BI" just hangs with the circle of dots continually spinning. - see picture.

The report is a live connection to a SSAS model, is extremely small in file size and has been published multiple times previously without any issues.  

We have a Premium account based in North Europe - are there any service issues currently?
