Published apps don't open when clicked when accessed through web browser (computer). Have to refresh the webpage to be able to open them.

I'm afraid I could not reproduce your issue. The published app can be opened when I click it on my side. Please clear the browser cache and check again. If this issue persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket here.
