Problem with upload to online portal

I routinely have an issue where upon deciding to save and upload new data to a published dashboard, the program decides I am not logged in. Instead of simply popping up a login screen, it freezes the program forcing me to use Task Manager to force close the program. For some reason the system seems to be timing out on me, even though I am actively using the desktop version and the desktop version indicates I am in fact logged in. This happens on an almost daily basis, sometimes more than once a day. Next time I will try and get a screenshot for upload here.

This issue has already been fixed in the latest release version 2.42.4611.901. Please download and install this new Jan 2017 version again.

Note: There are several Jan 2017 version released in Jan. Please make sure you're using the newest one.
