Prediction don't uptade

When I update manually the dashboard, the prediction works. But when the update is automatically, don't. Besides, there indicate are blank data even all data are ok.

 Automatically update ? What kind of update are you talking about ? Scheduled refresh ? Incrementional refresh or Automatic page refresh ? Can you provide a screenshot of your error message?

This is about Scheduled refresh.

When I update at power BI desktop and I publish, the data prediction works like this:

And there no blank data in this timeline.

Hi @bsj21 

What is your data source ? The value of "previsao" is null in your data source ? Maybe you can try to republish your report to Service and recreate the dashboard , reset the scheduled refresh and see if it works .
