PowerBI failed to create admin session for loading cluster information with CosmosDB

PowerBI Refresh Schedules are failing due to error -

ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [MySQL][ODBC 1.4(a) Driver]error retrieving information from MongoDB: failed to create admin session for loading cluster information: unable to execute command: connection(xxxx.mongo.cosmos.azure.com:10255[-7]) unable to write wire message to network: write tcp x.x.x.x:35920->x.x.x.x:10255: write: broken pipe

Reached to Microsoft CosmosDB and they advised this issue is related to PowerBI. We are seeing this issue couple of times during Schedule Refreshes

Please suggest.
