We are experiencing the same issue. Sometimes working... sometimes not.
Same issues here. They seem to have started yesterday evening, when our Premium metrics app wasn't responding quite as it should be.
Now the whole app.powerbi.com is/was down. It does work sometimes for a few minutes.
