PowerBI Tooltips ok in Desktop but not in PowerBI ReportServer

I have upgraded PowerBI Report Server to the May 2019 edition and trying to utilise the Tooltip Options.

 

I have had the tooltips show up as expected in Desktop, but once deployed to PowerBI Report server it only shows a small black squary empty tooltip.

 

Can anyone suggest the issue / resolution ?

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Based on my test, if we create a report with report page tooltip feature enabled in Power BI desktop optimized for report server 2.69.5467.1801 64-bit (May 2019), the report page tooltip does work in Power BI report server version 15.0.1102.371. Please update your Power BI desktop optimized for report server and Power BI report server to the same version as ours then test again.

Thanks for confirming it should function.
I wasn't using the PowerBI Desktop Optimised for RS initially, but I've since opened and saved with this version. Should this be sufficient to work do you think?
Otherwise RS Version is 15.0.1102.371, though Desktop version is 2.69.5467.5201
