PowerBI Service Same report on different workspaces connection overlapping issue.

Hello,

I have deployed one report on 2 workspace with same sql server but with diffrent user. for user level security we have view at the dataabase level which is filtering the data based on user sql connection.
 
Now the problem is both the workspaces reading only one connection  with single user even though i have set up connection with diffrent user. so basically i am seeing same data in both the workspace report.
 
Report have Azure sql live connection but tried with import option also its not working.
 
Whats is the issue here ?

Would you please provide detail steps for us to reproduce the issue? 

Also please try to update the pbix file in latest Power BI desktop version and try again.
