PowerBI Pro license Issue - Not reflecting in user login

User has submitted request as "Upgrade Subscription " to "PowerBi pro". Request submitted successfully and mail confirmation also received by user that PowerBi pro enabled. but when resource login to "" powerbi pro not reflecting and unable to view report shared.
