When I am trying to update gateway with latest version getting the below errors.
I am in a blocked state now. Please advice me how to resolve this. Thanks in advance.
Does the issue happen to on-premises data gateway? Would you please share the gateway log with us?
Based on my research, the error could be caused by a missing or corrupt "c:\users\PBIEgwService" folder. Please run the on-premises data gateway service" (PBIEgwService) as other user eg: Local System Account to see if issue persists.
