PowerBI Desktop can`t connect to the model

I cannot connect to a Power BI dataset (app.powerbi.com) in Power BI desktop for months.

It works on my laptop, but not on the server I always work on.

 

What could possibly be wrong?

Maybe something wrong with TLS 1.2

have a try as below:

1) Install the newest driver (64-bit)

2) Enable TLS 1.2 in the registry of your machine (this step may be optional if you install step 3)
