PowerAutomate Fails due to "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity" as PowerBI PRO

The use case here is that a USER in PowerApps views then Emails the report. Thats it.

The user can view the report in Powerapps but not email as PowerAutomate fails Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity

With the NEW LICENSING whereby a PowerBI Pro User is now allowed to run PowerBI Pagnitated Reports without needing capacity; I have run into an issue in POWERAUTOMATE where trying to run the exact same paginated report only through PowerAutomate FAILS with error - "Report requested for export is not on dedicated capacity".

So the experience is that the Paginated Report DOES RENDER INSIDE POWERAPPS correctly, BUT Fails when running the SAME Paginated REPORT in PowerAutomate EXPORT To FILE PAGINATED REPORT Action.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @devman2k ,

Based on the information you provided, we see that this is an issue that occurs in PowerBI Automate, which doesn't seem to be the right place to get help.

Might be a hard sell, as the error is clearly a PowerBI licensing or capicity concern. I will create a thread as you ask in the other community - but this feels like "Pass the buck"
