Power Map displays some cities in the wrong place in Brazil

The São Paulo and the Rio de Janeiro cities are showed in the wrong place on power map. All the other cities are showed at right place. I changed the name but it is now working, what else can I do?

I just tested it on Apr 2017 version of Power BI Desktop, these two cities are shown the same place as Google map. Could you please point out the right place for them?
