Power Bi scheduled refresh not working

Currently, we are storing .csv files on OneDrive and using the web link as a data source for our reports (as these are already online we are not using the gateway).  Each .csv file is automatically updated each day at 2am after extracting data from the source (via PowerShell on a scheduled task) - At the moment Power Bi desktop refreshes data no problem and is published online.  Our issue is that when we try to schedule a refresh online via the dataset the correct credentials (triple checked this!) appear to expire, even though no change has occurred. 

 

Any help with the below error would be appreciated!

 

Error message below - the table mentioned happens to be the first of 10 that fail:

AADSTS50173: The provided grant has expired due to it being revoked, a fresh auth token is needed. The user might have changed or reset their password.
