Power Bi - Miicrosoft Version Compatibility Chart

I had created multiple Dashboard reports using Power BI and SharePoint 2010.

I upgraded Power BI and now am unable to connect to any SharePoint 2010 Lists, rendering my reports useless.

It would be great if there was some sor to version compatibility chart so that I could see what versions of other potential data sources (especially Microsoft applicatins) are compatibile with Power BI.

If this is already somewhere post the link as I am unable to find anything.

Hi @wfarm,

There is no such kind of article. In your scenario, is there any error pops out when you get data from SharePoint 2010 in Power BI desktop?

Which connector do you use to get data from SharePoint 2010? Which Power BI desktop version do you run?

Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu

I am using the SharePoint List connector.

I get an OData error ("OData: The feed's metadate appears to be invalid."), and when I shorten the addres to the root SP List site, I get a 400 error, that the SP site doesn't exist.

I AM able to connect to SP 2013 ththough.

Thanks,

Bill
