A few of our users are experience issues where the dashboard does not load. We will exit browser and retry and still no luck. But if I copy the share link and send to them, it loads fine? Anyone else experience this?
Do users open the shared dashboard via Shared With Me section in Power BI service?
Please let them try different browsers and clear browser cache then test again to see if the same issue occurs.
