Power BI reports published to the service not loading when opened via a shared link.

Hi,

We have an issue with the loading of Power BI reports published to the service from Power BI Desktop. When the report is shared and then opened using a link, the user will be forever stuck in a loading animation the very first time they click it. It can be fixed by reloading the page, but the issue repeats for every new report-link a user receives and opens. This is an issue discovered by a client and easily reproducable for us internally in multiple different browsers.

To reproduce:

1. Publish any report to a workspace.

2. Open the report in the Power BI service and share it using a link.
3. Send the link to someone other than the author.
4. The receiver clicks the sharing link and gets stuck in the animation loop until they refresh the page.
