Power BI report graph disappears after refreshing the data in Power BI web

We have created one Power BI report using the SharePoint list.
When we created the report in Power BI desktop and linked the data with SharePoint list report is coming properly. Even after refreshing the data report comes nicely and then we have published the report to Power BI web, there also report is coming properly
but when we schedule the data refresh and refreshing the data, report graphs get disappear and value becomes blank.

Hi @DigeshGala,

 

The last two graphs are too small. Please check out these things below.

1. If they are the same report. The URLs are different. 

2. Did you apply any filters? 

3. If there are  indeed nothing to show up?

4. Check out the refresh history if the refresh is successful.

I observed that Sharepoint list column "Uploaded in SAP" of type Yes/No is reflecting different value in Power BI desktop and Power BI Web. Kindly refer the screen shot below for reference.
