Power BI not loading data

Hi  All, 

We received these errors. Any idea or someone experience the same issue

The error message you provide is not enough for us to judge the reason .

1. What operation are you doing when this error is reported ? Were you able to operate normally before ?

2. Is this happening in Desktop or Service ?

3. What is your data source ? What connection mode are you using to connect to the data source ?

Hi Ailsa,

1. What operation are you doing when this error is reported ? Were you able to operate normally before ? - We are doing our routine/daily reporting. Issue occured last night.

2. Is this happening in Desktop or Service ? - We are using web version. 

3. What is your data source ? What connection mode are you using to connect to the data source ? We are using excel file. We also observed that 1 table is missing from our data set. Previously we have 3 and now it's only 2.
