Power BI is not opening after download: CefSharp.Core.dll error

I'm not new to PBI but needed to install the application on my private device for further usage. I took the latest version from the PBI website and installed it. But when I try to open it it comes up with: "Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.Core.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specific module could not be found"

I did a reinstall for several times but without any succes.

Just for you information;

- I'm using Windows 8

- Installed that with Bootcamp on a MacBook

- 64-bit version of PBI

Any help would be very much appreciated.

VC++ distribution should not be installed completely on your machine. I would suggest you refer to answers in stackoverflow thread below:
