Hello,
Myself and several co workers are all experiencing issues with power bi opening and freezing, not being able to access files and an error regarding the Web Viewer 2. The issues started after Web Viewer @ and Power Bi updated in August.
Has anyone found resolution to this issue?

Please consider these two solutions.
1 Disable Power BI infrastructure update option in Options if you could open Power BI Desktop
2 Try with a previous version of PBI Desktop: Previous monthly updates to Power BI Desktop and the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
