Power BI desktop freezing when web data source is selected

Selecting get data -> web source is continually freezing the Power BI Desktop app and forcing me to close it via the task manager. It appears that this functionality is fully inoperable, which is a significant issue. I am going to have to build the dashboard based upon a locally stored data set and then reconfigure at some point in the future. Please resolve.

 

P.S. this form should not force ideas labels from a constrained set. the available options are irrelivant to the issue I am reporting.

I can not reproduce the issue, try using the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

I am using the latest version of Power BI desktop. This issue persists when take the following actions from the desktop report section: home tab -> get data->web. When the app freezes, it cannot be recovered until I close it through the task manager.

 

However, the app does not freeze when taking the same steps within the Query editor.
