Power BI cloud is failing to get connection to Quickbooks Online

Hi

 

Using the Quickbooks online get data source is failing as of recently, once selecting Quickbooks online the message "Please hold on while we load a few things..." keeps spinning for ever with nothing happening.

The desktop connection works, and the a while ago the cloud connection was working.

 

Please advise.

Once I selecting QuickBooks online the message "Please hold on while we load a few things" will last about 40 seconds, and then I can get the dashboard displayed. Maybe you can try with a different browser.

I tried waiting for 15 minutes (no joke) and still nothing!

 

I tried Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Edge on Mac, Windows 10 and Ubuntu!

 

Please advise.

I still cannot repro it locally. It seems that your issue is account or machine specific. You will need to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page).
