Occasionally users at our organization will attempt to login to www.powerbi.com and they will get a blank screen with a pulsing logo. When this happens we have tried having them clear their broswer settings and no luck. It turns out the only thing that fixes this issue is for the user to restart their computer which is disruptive to their work day. This issue occurs if they directly access www.powerbi.com or if they try a link directly into an app. Please send to the product group so that they can fix the underlying issue.
