Power BI Workspace with Orphaned Reports/Datasets when querying via Powershell/API

Hi,

We've come across a weird situation as part of our monitoring and auditing work.  We have found workspaces with reports that have been deleted and do not show up on the website, but have records displaying when we do Get-PowerBIReport and Get-PowerBIDataset.  When we do a Remove-PowerBIReport on the ID of the orphaned report, it says the object doesn't exist.

What's happening in the back-end???

I'm happy to engage with a microsoft support consultant on this to investigate it further.
