Power BI Templates files - PBIT - are now over 3MB with Oct 2020 build

PBIT files used to just be a few KB. Now they are over 3MB and when you double-click one from Windows Explorer, you get this Refresh warning. I am wondering if this is the Sample data. This PBIT has no data connections in it - it is just some pre-configured settings in File|Optoins for specific needs.

hi  @edhans 

The pbit file over 3MB is because there are all built-in theme file will be saved in this pbit file too.

and if you save as pbix file, all the built-in theme file won't be saved in this file.
