Since updating the gateway to version 3000.93.3 on 9/15/2021, we have had consistent refresh failures whenever two reports try to refresh simultaneously or their refresh times overlap. This has not been an issue in the past.
Is this expected behavior for the new gateway version?
When the scheduled refresh failures occur, we get the following message:
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
