Power BI Service Refresh Failures, but no errors in Power BI Desktop

Hello all,

 

I am also experiencing a refresh issue in Power BI Service. In Power BI Desktop, the Dashbaord refreshes no problem, but has continually produced Refresh errors when refreshing on the Power BI Service since Nov. 21. 

 

I have pasted the following message from the Power BI Service below:

 

"Underlying error code: -2147467259
Underlying error message: The import List.ConformToPageReader matches no exports. Did you miss a module reference?
DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult: -2147467259
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Reason: Expression.Error

Hi Tristan, 

 

You will need to upgrade your gateway.  We had the same issue and our IT team did the upgrade. 


If you are an admin, you should see in the gateway section of Power BI Service a 'download cloud' .  That should indicate that you need to upgrade.

Thank you @francoisl , this has resolved the issue. I instructed our Infrastrure team to update the Enterprise Data Gateway.

Thanks, I don't believe this error was posted on Awareness at the time of creating this on Nov. 25, but I generally check there first prior to posting here.
